We have specialised and experienced decorators that will use the most appropriate method of branding to suit the type of product and the final result that you want to achieve.

Direct/Screen Print:
A traditional method of printing which can be used on a wide range of fabrics.  It has a soft hand feel and good durability.  Suitable for fine line work and large prints, especially for large runs.  Pricing is based on number of colours, fabric and volume.  Set-up fees include artwork, film and screen making.

Digital Print:
A modern branding technique which is straight from computer file to print.  Great to multicoloured printing and photographic images, providing a sharp clean finish.  Suitable for one-off prints, smaller runs and hard to brand items.  Set-up fees for this type of print are minimal.

Transfers:
Similar to screen print, however it is printed onto paper, then pressed onto garments or items.  Used for hard to direct print items such as coolers, bags and caps.  Pricing and set-up is the same as screen printing.

Embroidery:
A permanent, high quality technique that can be applied to almost any type of garment or fabric.  Logo's are digitized, which is a highly skilled process of converting a design or logo into a computer program the embroidery machine can read, using very specific software and the human touch.  Pricing based on the number of stitches in the design and quantity of units being embroidered.

Ceramic & Glassware:
Direct print - limitations with this process are the style of mug must be cylindrical (not cone or flare), the number of colours, and registration of colours.  The handle of a mug is the reference point to print the image and allows more than one colour so long as they don't touch.  Glassware can only be printed one colour.  Pricing based on number of colours and quantity.  Set-up fees include artwork, film and screen making.

Transfer Kiln Fired print - image is printed on to special paper and may have multiple spot colours. Spot colours are those that don't interfere with other colours.  Once image is completed, a covercoat is applied which allows the complete image to be removed from the paper when immersed in water.  The transfer is then hand applied to the surfact then kiln fired up to 800°C where the logo is baked into the glaze. Pricins based on number of colours and quantity. Set-up fees include artwork, film and screen making.

Digital print - allows for a complete spectrum of colours for logos, images or photographs to be printed. Most artwork file types are useable.  This process is only available on WHITE D Handle Mugs and is an ideal solution for small quantities.  Pricing based on quantity.  Set-up fees include artwork, no film is required for this method.

Laser Engraving:
This process is minutely timed bursts of light removing a thin layer of the metal surface so that your logo becomes a part of the product. Laser engraving is fast and precise, permanent, and abrasion-proof.
Materials that can be laser engraved include; Wood, most plastics, stainless steel, mild steel, acrylic, leather, rubber, corian, foam, marble, granite, glass and aluminum (raw and anodized).
